02 · The science
Why droplet size decides everything.
Cannabis oil does not dissolve in water. It disperses. In a conventional emulsion the droplets are large enough to scatter light, which is why the liquid turns cloudy, rings the neck of the bottle, and eventually separates.
Shrink those droplets far enough and the problem disappears. The liquid goes clear, the dose stays even from the top of the tank to the bottom, and the product still looks right at the end of its shelf life.
Droplet size, active load, onset window and shelf life are set per project and confirmed on paper for the exact lot we run for you.
