We make what other brands put their names on.
Nanos Actives is a licensed cannabis processor and contract manufacturer in Hillsboro, Oregon. We don’t sell to consumers. We make the emulsions and the finished edibles that other companies put on the shelf under their own label.
02 · The short version
At the center of it is water-soluble nano-emulsion. Cannabinoids are reduced to nanoscale droplets that disperse completely in water, which gives faster onset, more predictable dosing and better shelf stability than conventional oil infusion. We produce it in bulk, we build private label and white label products around it, and we run toll processing for brands that bring their own inputs.
03 · Where we are from
We’re Oregonians, and this is an Oregon company. Craft is how things get made here. You see it in the Willamette, in the roasteries and the breweries, and in cannabis most of all.
Oregon growers, breeders and hash makers set a standard the rest of the country is still catching up to, because they chase quality well past the point of what is practical.
Our team has spent a combined forty years in this market, running licensed production floors and developing the formulations we manufacture with. We make things for the people who built that reputation, and every batch is meant to hold up to it.

05 · Questions
What is your minimum order?
Minimum order moves with the format and the complexity of the build. A single flavour gummy in stock packaging sits far lower than a multi-SKU chocolate launch. Tell us what you are making and we will quote it.
How long does a white-label run take?
Lead time is quoted against your launch date rather than ours. Tell us when you need product on the shelf and we will tell you honestly whether we can hold that date.
Do you supply a particle size analysis with every order?
Yes. Every lot ships with a particle size report alongside its certificate of analysis. The report gives the median droplet diameter, the fine and coarse tails, the distribution span and the full curve, measured in house on a HORIBA LA-950. Ask us for a sample report before you commit to a run.
Can you hit a specific onset window?
We formulate to a target and verify it in house before your lot ships. What we put in writing is the droplet population we actually measured for your batch. Individual response still varies with dose, matrix, tolerance and metabolism, so we describe what we measured rather than promising a result for any one person.
What licenses do you hold?
We hold an OLCC Recreational Processor license, record ID 030-31229, with Edible Processor, Topical Processor and Industrial Hemp endorsements. The premises is 630 SW Walnut St, Ste 141, Hillsboro, Oregon 97123.
Do you ship outside Oregon?
Cannabis products stay inside Oregon. Our Industrial Hemp endorsement covers work that can travel further, subject to the rules of the destination state. Tell us where you need to ship and we will tell you which path your product has to take.
